01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Member" or "you") of the tk1971 gate platform ("Service"). The terms set out on this page constitute a legal agreement between tk1971 gate and its users.

02 Account Registration

To open an account on tk1971 gate, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration may result in the account being cancelled.

• Each person may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• Keeping account information up to date is the member's own responsibility.
• Your account username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

tk1971 gate reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other documents may be requested for verification. The right to restrict withdrawal facilities until verification is completed applies.

2.3 Account Security

03 Age Verification and Eligibility

tk1971 gate's services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Providing false age information at the time of registration will result in permanent closure of the account and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

By using this platform you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age (for 21+ age requirement).
• You are operating the account in your own name and with your own funds.

04 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tk1971 gate is ৳300. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks) can be used for deposits. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, though exceptions may apply for bank transfers.

4.3 General Financial Policy

• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Deposited funds must come from lawful sources and must be your own money.
• If any suspicious transaction is identified, tk1971 gate reserves the right to investigate it and temporarily suspend it.
• Transactions via cryptocurrency or other digital assets are not accepted.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must place ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonus balance must be wagered first; the main deposited funds will be used afterwards.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• tk1971 gate reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are not considered cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.

5.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive weekly cashback on their net losses according to their tier: Bronze members are eligible for up to 0.2%, Silver members up to 0.5%, Gold members up to 0.8%, and Platinum members up to 1.0% cashback. Net loss is calculated as total losses for the week minus total winnings.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once placed, all bets cannot be changed. Acceptance of a bet is only confirmed after system approval. If any bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, tk1971 gate reserves the right to void or correct it.

6.2 Sports Betting

• The results of bets on cricket, football and other sports will be determined according to the official results of the relevant sports authority.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, though exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.
• If even one selection in a multi-bet fails, the entire multi-bet will be considered lost.
• In live betting, odds changes take effect immediately and no claim to bet at previous odds will be accepted.

6.3 Casino Games

The results of all slots, live casino and table games are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) or the relevant game provider's technology. tk1971 gate does not manipulate game results and all games are independently tested.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1971 gate:

• Any form of fraud, cheating or system manipulation.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing another person to use an account registered in your name.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person or by members of the same household.
• Following a planned betting pattern intended to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Acting with the intent to harass or harm other members.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, tk1971 gate reserves the right to permanently close the account and, where applicable, take legal action.

08 Limitation of Liability

tk1971 gate is not liable for the following:

• Loss of any bet or game due to internet disconnection, power outage or device problems.
• Transaction issues caused by errors or delays from third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from the member's own negligence or disclosure of account information.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical errors.

tk1971 gate always makes every effort to maintain service quality. However, brief outages may occur during scheduled server maintenance or upgrades, and prior notice will be given.

09 Account Suspension or Closure

9.1 tk1971 gate's Rights

tk1971 gate may temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Evidence of account abuse or fraud.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may voluntarily close their account at any time. In this case, any funds remaining in the account — if any exist and there are no pending withdrawals or unsatisfied betting conditions — will be returned. To request account closure, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or email.
